Hello everyone, now I am gonna write you about storage of little things. A friend of mine suggested that storage problems would be a good topic for my blog and I certainly agree with her. I am gonna start with a room that everyone has in their home: bathroom. I must admit that my bathroom cupboard used to be a terrible mess: make-up and other stuff laying here and there. But it's not like that anymore. I bought Casa's kitchen jars and a couple of normal drinking glasses and voilà, my bathroom cupboard looks perfect!
And then I got another idea, I put some kraft paper on the backwall of the cupboard. I think it looks really nice. "Wallpapering" is an easy way to make almost everything look new and interesting. The darker background of the cupboard gives a deeper feeling and makes the jars more visible.

In the pictures below you can see other storage ideas that I have used in my bathroom. I think that people should be more creative with their storage ideas: I keep my favourite jewellery on Casa's wooden kitchen serving dish and I use a normal cardboard bag to store some of the little stuff I need every day (hair pins, hair bobbles etc.)
Kaksi säilytysvinkkiä lisää! Ensiksi, tuikkukupit toimivat vallan mainiosti pikkutavaran säilytyspurkkeina, kokeile!
Two more storage hints! Firstly, candle holders are excellent for storing little things, try yourself! Secondly, it is handy to have your favourite perfumes at hand because you need them every day, don't you think so too? Well, I keep them on a self made wooden "shelf" that is above our toilet bowl. The shelf is simply a piece of wood that my father kindly waxed for me and that I placed on the bathroom radiator (that we never use). Simple and cheap!
